I used plain goat yogurt in this. It gave it a different flavour from using cow's milk yogurt which we liked. This is very thick.
I put my ice cubes right into the blender, but you can just pour the lassi over the ice too.

- ripe mango, peeled and flesh removed
- 1 1/2 c
- plain yogurt (i used goat)
- 1/2 c
- chilled filtered water
- 1 Tbsp
- granulated sugar subsitute (i used xylitol)
- pinch of cardamom (optional)
- ice cubes
1I got the original recipe from the South Beach Diet Taste of Summer Cookbook.
In a blender combine everything but the ice.
2Blend until smooth.
3Pour the mango lassi over the ice cubes.
4Serve and Enjoy!
