Lemonade Syrup

This is the base for making lemonade by the glass. You can adjust the sourness or sweetness to your liking.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
grated lemon rind
2 c
lemon juice, fresh
2 c
sugar
1 1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Blend first 3 ingredients, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add the water, cover tightly and store in the frefrigerator.
2to make a glass: put one and a half or two Tablespoons of syrup in a glass, fill with ice. add water and stir.
