fresh lemon balm leaves

GARNISHES:

lemon slices
whole lemon balm leaves
lavender sprigs

Step-By-Step

1Pour the hot water over the lemon balm leaves and lavender blooms; allow the tea infuse 10 minutes.

2Add the ice cold water. Stir.

3Garnish each serving with a thin slice of fresh lemon, a whole lemon balm leaf and a sprig of lavender. Serve the tea with ice in a pretty glass or a mason jar.
