- sencha tea leaves, loose
- 1 l
- water, cool
1Place loose tea leaves in a pitcher or teapot with a strainer piece to contain the leaves.
2Pour cool water over tea. Let steep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours.
3Shake pitcher softly, horizontally, to get an even flavor. Serve as is or over ice.
