Ingredients

2 c
cold strong-brewed coffee
2 Tbsp
no-sugar-added french vanilla-flavored instant breakfast mix
2 Tbsp
sugar-free caramel ice cream
ice cubes
2 Tbsp
frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
2 tsp
sugar-free caramel ice cream topping

OPTIONAL

coarsely crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans

Step-By-Step

1In a blender combine coffee, instant breakfast mix, and 2 Tablespoons ice cream.
2Cover and blend until smooth.
3Pour over ice in two glasses.
4Top with dessert topping and drizzle with 2 teaspoons ice cream topping.
5If desired, sprinkle with coarsely crushed coffee beans.
