- freshly grated ginger
- lemon wedges
- sprigs fresh thyme
1place 1 teaspoon ginger, one lemon wedge and 2 sprigs of thyme in each glass. using a spoon, gently bruise the ingredients by pressing.
2fill glasses with ice, top with water and stir. serve cold.
