freshly grated ginger

lemon wedges

sprigs fresh thyme
ice
water

Directions Step-By-Step

place 1 teaspoon ginger, one lemon wedge and 2 sprigs of thyme in each glass. using a spoon, gently bruise the ingredients by pressing.

fill glasses with ice, top with water and stir. serve cold.
