You can also use 1 teaspoon white vinegar to 1 cup milk. Will definitely try the lemon juice though.

This helps me so much...I have a recipe that is a favorite of my husbands that calls for only 1 cup of butter milk and the rest usually goes to waste, now I can make it only as I need it!!! Thank you so much!!!
