This is my Sister Dianne's recipe. If you are tired of store bought egg nog this is the way to go.

Ingredients For egg nog

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • dash
    allspice
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 3
    eggs, separated
  • 2 c
    milk, chilled
  • 1 c
    light cream, chilled

How To Make egg nog

  • 1
    Separate eggs and whip up whites with beaters. Add sugar. Stit in yolks and add to mixture. Add spices, milk and cream.
