Place dried chrysanthemums and *lemon slices in a glass or ceramic pot. Add boiling water. Cover with a lid and let steep for 5 minutes. Stir in honey. Refrigerate until cold, about 3 1/2 hours. Directions state that it is not necessary to strain the tea-but I did.
*If preparing iced, strain the brewed tea into a pitcher, allow to cool, add the lemon slices then refrigerate.
