Ingredients For brandy slush or apricot slush

  • 9 c
    water
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3
    tea bags
  • 1-12 oz
    can of orange juice concentrate
  • 1-12 oz
    can of lemonade concentrate
  • 2 c
    brandy peach or apricot
  • 1
    liter of ginger ale (optional)

How To Make brandy slush or apricot slush

  • 1
    Boil 7 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar in a large pot.

    Remove from heat.

    Add tea bags. Leave in pot until the liquid is a golden color.

    Remove tea bags and add: orange and lemonade concentrate.

    Add 2 more cups of water.

    Add peach or apricot flavorred brandy.

    Remove from heat and let cool.

    Place in large plastic container.

    Freeze 2 to 3 days.

    When ready to serve, scoop ice mixture in glass. Add ginger ale. If you do not add ginger ale, it is still good.
