It will be on weeds. I am posting the first ones here. They are on plantain. a wonderful little weed found about everywhere. Just make sure no pesticides were used on them. Remember they spray roadsides.

When I lived in the country & picked wild & cultivated greens, I always picked some plantain & added to the mix. I also saved my radish & beet tops & froze them to add to the pot later.
