Alfalfa Seed Tea
- 2 pt
- 1/2 c
- alfalfa seeds
- honey to taste
Add seeds and bring to a boiling point.
Simmer 1/2 hour with a lid on.
Strain and squeeze seeds as dry as possible.
Put in refrigerator.
Drink 4 or 5 glasses a day for 3 weeks.
After that, as often as you like.
