Another of my little coffee experiments that came out quite nicely. Quick, simple and tasty.

Ingredients For smooth cashew mocha coffee

  • 2 tsp
    cocoa powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt
  • sugar or sweetener of choice to taste
  • 6 oz
    fresh brewed hot coffee (i used chocolate flavored but thats not required)
  • 4 oz
    cashew milk

How To Make smooth cashew mocha coffee

    Choose a mug that will hold 10 ounces with some room left at the top for stirring.
  • 2
    Place the first 4 ingredients into the mug and lightly mix together. Add the hot coffee and mix well. You want the cocoa and salt to dissolve.

    Add the cashew milk and heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Enjoy.
