PERFECTLY PINEAPPLE-Y TEA

Refreshing - and just a tad bit fancy if you like!
- 2 Tbsp
- unsweetened instant tea
- 1/2 c
- 1 c
- hot water
- 1 qt
- unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 1/2 c
- cold water
- 3/4 c
- lemon juice (reconstituted is fine)
- pineapple chunks, if you like
- mint leaves, if you like
- maraschino cherries, if you like
1In a pitcher, combine the tea and sugar.
2Add hot water, stir until sugar dissolves.
3Add the pineapple and lemon juices, and cold water.
5Serve over ice.
6Garnish with pineapple chunks and/or mint leaves and/or maraschino cherries, if you wish.
