- cold water (reserve 2 cup for the simple syrup #1 below)
4NOTE: I use bottled lemon juice. This recipe is made with ReaLemon brand. This brand requires 3 cups of sugar. If using another brand you might want to reduce the sugar to two cups. Do a taste test! Also, if you like extra pulp I usually have lemon pulp in the freezer that's left over from another recipe.
