  squeeze all 12 lemons,,strain all seeds out,,boil 2 cups water and all suger in pot,,slice and cut peppers and add them to boiling sugar water,,let cook for ten minutes,add cinnamon...take peppers out and mix the sugar water with a gallon of water,,shake well and let chill in fridge for 30 minutes,,serve
