Ingredients
| 1 c | powdered milk |
| 1 c | powdered non dairy creamer |
| 1 c | french vanilla powdered creamer |
| 2 1/2 c | white sugar |
| 1 1/2 c | unsweetened instant tea mix |
| 2 tsp | ground ginger |
| 2 tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | ground cloves |
| 1 tsp | ground cardamom |

Directions
In a large bowl, combine milk powder,creamer,vanilla creamer, sugar & instant tea. Stir in spices. In a blender, blend 1 cup at at time, until mixure is the consistancy of fine powder. To serve, stir 2 heaping TBSP. Chai Tea Mix into a mug of hot water. Stir, sip and enjoy!!!!

This is the recipe I seem to find the most when searching the internet. It is an instant tea version as opposed to the liquid concentrate, so it won't quite have the deep flavor of the coffee house chai (Marilyn, I too have fond memories of the first chai I had..at a coffee house). That said, it is a good instant chai! I did, however run mine back through the processor one last time..no gritty taste a lot of instant recipes have. Also good served over Ice...or mix up a batch and keep refrigerated! Thanks for sharing! Posted a pic to show how much the recipe makes.
