Yum! I luv Spiced Chai! There are so many versions of it and I've been looking for The One. The first if tasted was several years ago at a coffee shop and haven't had another one like it since. I found one that several at work liked, but I'm still looking. Thanks!

This is the recipe I seem to find the most when searching the internet. It is an instant tea version as opposed to the liquid concentrate, so it won't quite have the deep flavor of the coffee house chai (Marilyn, I too have fond memories of the first chai I had..at a coffee house). That said, it is a good instant chai! I did, however run mine back through the processor one last time..no gritty taste a lot of instant recipes have. Also good served over Ice...or mix up a batch and keep refrigerated! Thanks for sharing! Posted a pic to show how much the recipe makes.
