How To Make homemade pink lemonade

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, lemon peel segments & 1 C water. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Simmer until sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat; refrigerate 30 minutes.

Remove lemon peel segments from the simple syrup. Add to lemonade. Stir to combine. Refrigerate at least 4 hours & serve chilled.
