Diane's notes for this recipe:
This is so refreshing on a hot summer day. If you want to dress this up for a party, put a lemon slice, a strawberry and a lime slice on a skewer and lay on top of the glass. It also works well if you want to add vodka to make a mixed drink.

Deliciously fruity with just a bit of tangy sweetness. We loved this super simple drink, and highly recommend it on any hot afternoon!

Add can of defrosted Lemonade concentrate and strawberries to a blender, and puree on high until well blended.
Fill two glasses with ice. Add enough concentrate to make 1/3 glass. Divide one bottle Ginger Beer between two glasses, add lime twist and serve.

What is ginger beer? Is it like ginger ale? How big a bottle? A 2 liter, a 20 oz, what?

Ginger Beer! Is this a Southern thing?

I think it might be Root Beer.
