This is wonderful if you have had a stressful day, need to relax or warm up, great for those nights you or the little ones can't sleep.
You can adjust it to your taste or your diet, use sugar substitute, skim milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin or apple pie spice, it's up to you. You can even stir it with a candycane
enjoy!
