Have you tried this shake? I'm told it taste like the Wendy's Frosty...

Ingredients

3/4 c
almond milk

ice cubes
1/2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3
banana

place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely mixed and thick.

Enjoy Valerie...It has become my Fav morning shake of late and so cool, made in my bullet, I can drink it while I drive to work...I have tried all sorts of diff fruit but keep coming back to this one, because it is super filling, satisfying and healthy!! I have dropped 9 lbs in 2 weeks by giving up my bulky carb laden breakfasts!!! Woohoo!!!

I liked it...but it did need more cocoa!! I chnged it to: 1 full banana, 1 cup of soya milk, 2 tbsps Fry's cocoa, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 packet of splenda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp of crushed flax seeds and 20 ice cubes...certainly did not taste like the Wendy's frosty, it was far better!!! Enjoy!!

That's because the original recipe calls for 1-2 TABLESPOONS of cocoa powder. It probably wouldn't hurt to add a little stevia too. I liked it: )
