n a glass measuring cup or microwave‑safe bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. I use an 8 cup Pyrex measuring cup.
Microwave 1‑2 minutes on high. Watch closely; remove from microwave when milk is hot and frothy.
Carefully pour milk mixture into 2 tall mugs, add hot coffee, half‑and‑half and sugar divided evenly between the 2 mugs.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
