I love cocoa, It makes me feel nice and cozy.. And a lot of the cocoa out there are not diabetic friendly to my stanards..So i make to verisons( mine made with splenda) my boyfriend ( real sugar , he says lol) But you can enjoy them both...:)
Mix all ingredients together and store in a tight container..
When making, In a small sauce pan add cocoa mixture a can of evaporated milk and a can of water. simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. For garnish whipping cream and a shake of additional cinnamon and enjoy..
