IRISH COFFEE at The SHANNON AIRPORT in IRELAND

Nancy J. Patrykus Recipe

By Nancy J. Patrykus Finnjin

Since it's introduction at the Shannon Airport, in the late 70's this recipe has become an international favorite.
It makes a VERY satisfying drink.
How could they go wrong, using Irish whiskey!!
I cut out this recipe from a magazine in 1977.
Back then I did not save the magazine,or had the internet,so I do not know which one it was saved from.......just another one in my huge box of saved recipe's.. for the last 60 plus years!
Hope you enjoy it.....
