Ingredients For creamy white chocolate

3 cups milk

8 oz. white chocolate, grated

2 t. coffee liqueur

1/2 cup heavy cream, softly whipped

cinnamon to dust
How To Make creamy white chocolate

1Bring milk to a boil in heavy pan over medium heat, whisking continuously. When milk is simmering, remove from heat and add the coffee liqueur and chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Pour into warmed glasses and top with the whipped cream. Dust with cinnamon and serve at once. Serves 4 The Golden Book of Chocolate
