Ingredients

1 cup cognac
1 cup brandy
1 cup coffee liqueur
1 cup extra strong coffee
1 lemon cut into halves
1/4 cup superfine sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/8 t. cinnamon
1 tbsp. grated dark chocolate

Directions Step-By-Step

1 cup Cognac
1 cup brandy
1 cup coffee liqueur
1 cup extra strong coffee
1 lemon cut into halves
1/4 cup superfine sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/8 t. cinnamon
1 T. grated dark chocolate

Mix the Cognac, brandy, coffee liqueur and coffee in a pitcher and stir gently.
Let stand at room temperature for 8 hours or longer. Rub rims of 6 microwave
safe burgundy wine goblets with lemon. Dip moist rims into sugar and gently
shake out any excess sugar that has fallen into the goblets. Stir the Cognac
mixture gently and pour into the goblets. Microwave on High just until coffee
begins to boil. Top each with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and
chocolate. Serve at once.
