Ingredients

3-5 oz
freshly brewed coffee
1 oz
heavy cream
1-2 tsp
sugar
1 oz
irish whiskey

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Use fresh, cold water to make coffee - 2 rounded Tablespoons per 6 oz. cup.
2
Fill a 6-8 oz mug with hot water (to warm). In a bowl, whip or broth cream lightly, so it is still pourable.
3
Empty water from mug, add hot coffee and sugar, stir to dissolve. Add whiskey, stir. Hold a spoon upside down over mug and slowly pour the cream over the spoon, allowing it to float onto the top of the coffee.
Do Not stir - drink through the cream.
