Even though it's not as patriotic as its supposed to be this smoothie is still super cute! This is more like an Eye it kinda recipe. I hope you at least give it a try.

strawberries, frozen
blueberries, frozen
banana, frozen
non-fat yogurt
milk
honey

Step-By-Step

1RED = frozen strawberries, 2 scoops non-fat vanilla yogurt and about a tablespoon Honey
2WHITE = frozen banana pieces, 2 scoops non-fat yogurt, splash of low fat milk and about a tablespoon Honey
3BLUE = frozen blueberries, 2 scoops non-fat vanilla yogurt and about a tablespoon Honey
