Ingredients For lassi comes home!

  • 1/4 c
    fresh or frozen cherries (used rainier)
  • 1/4 c
    fresh or frozen blackberries or marionberries
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cranberries (always have a stash on hand in the freezer)
  • local honey, to taste (wildflower this time around)
  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt (nanyc's brand & for me whole milk always)
  • 1/2 c
    plain kefir (nancy's brand & not reduced fat for me)
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    ground hazelnuts/filberts
  • 1/4 tsp
    pure hazelnut extract (if you don't have hazelnuts)
  • 1/2 c
    crushed ice

How To Make lassi comes home!

  • 1
    Throw everything in a blender and blend to desired consistency. For a thinner smoothie add more crushed ice.
