I love smoothies and when I make them, I tend to put all things fruity that I have on hand in them. I just made this one for the first time and decided that it was so delicious I had to share it with you. This was a big hit with my family and I have been asked to make it again real soon. I hope you make it soon too!

Tart, sweet, satisfying and good for you too! And the color couldn't be prettier. The flavors of very fruit blend well together. Great for a hot summer day or an after-school treat. This could be dressed up a bit with a dollop of whipped cream!

At this point you can add apple juice if needed and blend until smooth. Add more if necessary. I didn't because it was already thick enough and cold enough!

HINT/SUGGESTION: If you have any of the smoothie mixture left over, you can freeze it. As I make smoothies, I just keep adding to the frozen mixture until I have enough to make one or two smoothies. I then place container in Microwave and nuke until it is at a consistency that can be stirred into a thick smoothie. It's like I just made it....smooth, icy, cold and perfect for those days when you are in a hurry!
