Didn't start out to create a recipe this morning, but this turned out so yummy, I decided to write it down before I forgot what all I'd put in it.

Ingredients

1 ripe banana, frozen
2 tsp. peanut butter
¼ cup chocolate syrup
1 tsp. honey (optional)
½ tsp. vanilla or almond extract
½ tsp. salt
1 cup almond milk
¾ cup ice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all the ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a large glass and M-m-mm a light, nourishing, dairy free breakfast or mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
