Ingredients For apple yogurt smoothie

  • 2 c
    lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 md
    granny smith apple, cored, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 5 or 6
    ice cubes
  • GARNISH:
  • sliced almonds
  • fresh mint
  • honey

How To Make apple yogurt smoothie

    Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.

    Garnish with sliced almonds, fresh mint and dollop of honey, if desired.
