Drinking enough water each day maintains your body's fluid balance, guards against water retention & helps prevent constipation which can cause bloating. Other benefits to using Sassy Water are: The ginger helps calm & soothe your GI tract. Great substitute for those bad high-calorie, sugary drinks. If for some reason you don't like or can't have any of the ingredients, just leave them out & you'll still reap the DE-bloating benefits. The key is to drink all the water each day.

Ingredients For sassy water

  • 2 l
    water (about 8 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tsp
    freshly grated ginger
  • 1 md
    cucumber, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 1 md
    lemon, thinly sliced
  • 12 sm
    spearmint leaves

How To Make sassy water

    Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight in the fridge.

    Strain the ingredients out of the water the next morning and drink all 2 liters by the end of the day.
