spinach, fresh
fresh kale, chopped
swiss chard
carrots, chopped
apple
celery

Step-By-Step

1Just Blend with Blender..I use a Vitamix
2You can usually add any veggies you have on hand
3Drink right after juicing as it starts losing the nutrition if you wait..I usually try to drink within the first 3 minutes on a empty stomach but you can juice anytime..great way to use veggies before going bad and taste so good and a great energy boost
