Fruited Coconut Limeade

- coconut water
- 1/2 c
- lime juice (or to taste)
- 3/4 c
- sugar oe splanda (or to taste)
- 1 c
- pureed mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 c
- malibu pineapple rum (or to taste - optional)
1In a large bowl or pitcher combine coconut water, lime juice, sugar, mango and rum . Add sugar and stir until it is well dissolved. Cover and chill for at least 4 hrs.
2Serve in tall glasses over ice cubes.
