Saw this on the Internet just now as a good detox and thought I would share it with you. It calls for one apple, but I saw other recipes that called for two. Personally, I think I'd use two.

apples, any type

cinnamon stick
ice
filtered water

Directions Step-By-Step

Slice the apples into thin wedges and discard the core and seeds.

Place the apple slices in a large pitcher.

Add the cinnamon stick.

Cover the apples and cinnamon stick halfway up with ice.

Add filtered water to fill the pitcher.
