Apple Cinnamon Water

Saw this on the Internet just now as a good detox and thought I would share it with you. It calls for one apple, but I saw other recipes that called for two. Personally, I think I'd use two.

Ingredients

apples, any type
1
cinnamon stick
ice
filtered water

Step-By-Step

1Slice the apples into thin wedges and discard the core and seeds.

2Place the apple slices in a large pitcher.

3Add the cinnamon stick.

4Cover the apples and cinnamon stick halfway up with ice.

5Add filtered water to fill the pitcher.
