I'm not really a Starbucks fan as I find their coffee much stronger than I like. However this is delicious. I found the recipe on Google Books (By Greg Rosewood) some time back and I'm glad I did. You can make this for a group of just keep it in the fridge to enjoy yourself when you get the urge. I like it just as well hot.

Ingredients For starbucks iced constantine coffee

  • 2/3 c
    ground dark roast coffee
  • 4
    cinnamon sticks, crushed or broken into small bits
  • 6 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cardamom
  • 2/3 c
    honey
  • ice cubes
  • half-and-half or milk

How To Make starbucks iced constantine coffee

    Mix together coffee and cinnamon sticks. Using the mix and the water brew the coffee as usual.

    Add the cardamom and honey to the hot coffee and mix until the honey has dissolved. Cover and chill

    To Serve: Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. pour 2/3 cup if coffee into each glass and pass the half-and-half or milk. Enjoy.
