Ingredients For chocolate chai

1bag black tea (darjeeling is nice))

1/3 cboiling water

2 Tbspsugar or to taste

2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/3 cmilk

3/4 tspvanilla

1/3 tspground cinnamon
-
1/4 tspgrated nutmeg

whipped cream to garnish

2peppermint stick candy (to garnish, optional)
How To Make chocolate chai

1In a saucepan pour boiling water over tea bags. Cover and let it stand 5 minutes, discard tea bag.

2Stir sugar and cocoa into tea, cook over medium heat and bring to boil.

3Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and heat through remove from heat pour into 2 warm mugs, garnish with whipped cream and add a peppermint stick as a stirrer if desired.
