This morning we went out to breakfast,I had a white hot chocolate drink,it was so tasty,I came home and poked online for a recipe,this one sounds great.Next time I go shopping,I'll buy white chocolate. Whipped cream is optional but really yummy.

12 oz milk(nonfatlow fat,whole or half&half)

3 oz chocolate(suggestion:lindt or ghirardelli) chopped

1/2 t.vanilla

whipped cream,optional
How To Make white hot chocolate

1In a sauce pan over medium heat, heat the milk. Add the chocolate. Whisk until the chocolate is melted and the ingredients are fully blended. Stir in vanilla.
