coffee, hot
1/8 c
brandy

cubes sugar
whipped cream
chocolate shavings

Step-By-Step

1Brew coffee your usual way.

2In a fire proof cup, place the sugar cubes, add slightly warmed brandy and flambé.

3Turn out the flame, add the hot coffee and top with whipped cream to taste, then top with chocolate shavings.
