I don't drink coffee so I'm always looking for a hot drink when it's really cold. This is a change of pace and delicious.

Ingredients For hot white chocolate

  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 3 oz white chocolate,chopped
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • whipped cream
  • cocoa or chocolate,for garnish

How To Make hot white chocolate

  • 1
    Place the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is hot. Meanwhile, place the chopped chocolate,and vanilla extract in blender. Then pour the hot milk into the blender and process until foamy. Pour the hot chocolate cups and garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder.Can also garnish with whipped cream.
