- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1¼ oz. brandy
- 1 oz. capt. morgan spiced rum
- ½ oz. cointreau
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. sugar syrup (or to taste)
Mix equal amounts of sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to slow boil and stir constantly until all sugar has dissolved. Cool and store in fridge. Use to sweeten cocktails, iced tea, lemonade, etc.
