- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1¼ oz. brandy
- 1 oz. capt. morgan spiced rum
- ½ oz. cointreau
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. sugar syrup (or to taste)
1Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the brandy, rum, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake until a frost forms on the shaker.
2Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a quarter orange slice.
Mix equal amounts of sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to slow boil and stir constantly until all sugar has dissolved. Cool and store in fridge. Use to sweeten cocktails, iced tea, lemonade, etc.
