They’re all variations of this recipe though, which this is said to be the original recipe for the Sex on the Beach cocktail. Ingredient amounts can certainly be adjusted to suit your own taste buds though, so have fun finding what works best for you.

4cl vodka (about 1.35 ounces)

2cl peach schnapps (about 0.67 ounces)

4cl orange juice (about 1.35 ounces)

4cl cranberry juice (about 1.35 ounces)

1orange slice, for garnish

How To Make sex on the beach (cocktail)

1Place vodka, schnapps, orange juice and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 10 to 15 seconds, then pour over ice in a highball glass (or tall tumbler).

2Garnish with an orange slice, add a straw and serve immediately.
