Raspberry Hot Chocolate 2 Ways

- 6 oz
- milk chocolate chopped very fine
- 3/4 c
- whole milk
- 1/4 c
- heavy cream
- 1/4 c
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp
- chambord raspberry liqueur - omit for non alcoholic
- whipped cream and fresh raspberries for garnish
1Combine everything except the liqueur, whipped cream and fresh raspberries in a small saucepan.
Place over medium heat, stirring occasionally until all of the chocolate is melted.
Continue to cook, stirring often, until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened - this can take about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in liqueur.
Omit this step if no alcohol is desired.
Pour into hot mugs and top with whipped cream and garnish with a raspberry if desired.
