1Mix sugar,water,and coffee together. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2After simmering for 30 minutes, remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
3After cooled to room temp,add vanilla and alcohol.
4Bottle and cap. Makes 1 quart.
5This makes an excellent Black Russian when served plain on the rocks, or White Russian when mixed with Half and Half. This is a very strong liquer, extra alcohol is not needed. Great for a cocktail party. Have the phone number of a good taxi cab service handy LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
