In honor of Coffee Milkshake Day, I came up with this for the Cocktail Hour.

Ingredients For java jamba

2 frozen bananas (i always keep these in the fridge for breakfast smoothies)

1 cup vanilla yogurt

2 cups ice
-
2 tbsp. folgers instant coffee crystals

2 oz. kahlua coffee liqueur

2 oz. vodka
-
2 oz. bailey’s irish cream liqueur
How To Make java jamba

1Put bananas, yogurt, ice and coffee in blender (I use a Vitamix) and thoroughly blend until only small ice crystals remain. Add Kahlua and vodka; blend again briefly.

2Pour into serving glasses and top off with Bailey’s Irish Cream. Add a straw and drift away to your ‘happy place.’
