Ingredients For irish coffee

  • freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 4 tsp
    granulated sugar (slightly rounded)
  • 4
    jiggers irish whiskey
  • whipped topping
  • fresh mint springs

How To Make irish coffee

  • 1
    Pour hot brewed coffee into 4 mugs filling about 2/3 full. Add 1 tsp sugar and 1 jigger whiskey to each mug; stir to blend. Spoon a mound of whipped topping into each mug. Place a fresh mint sprig into the whipping topping and serve immediately.
