Getting ready for the warm weather. I decided to try a couple of drinks out on my husband today. He really enjoyed this one. This is a blend of different tropical juices, pineapple Vodka, and Blue curacao blended with ice. Keep cool and enjoy!

Ingredients

I USED ALL GOYA NECTARS AND CREAM OF COCONUT FOR THIS. THEY CAN ALL BE FOUND IN THE ETHNIC AISLE OF THE SUPERMARKET.

1 oz
pear nectar
1 oz
mango nectar
2 oz
cream of coconut
1 oz
blue caracao
2 oz
pineapple vodka
10
ice cubes
marachino cherries
whipped cream optional

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in a blender except for the cherries and whip cream. Pulse until the mixture is icy and ice is chopped.
2Pour into glasses serve with maraschino cherries and whip cream if desired
