Ingredients For wild wine

1 quart wine, red or white

1 cup honey
-
three whole cloves
-
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon grated orange peel
How To Make wild wine

1mix all ingredients in a pan. Heat slowly over low flame. When hot, strain into decanter. Serve hot or cold in wine glasses. Serves 16 to 20.
