In pot over high heat combine juice, sugar and zest; bring to a boil. Cook until syrupy; 3 to 4 minutes. Strain; cool completely. In blender mix juice mixtue with honeydew. mango and cider' process until smooth.
Tint darker green with food coloring. Add vodlka if desired. Pour over crushed ice and garnish with melon; mango and lime. Makes 6 servings.
